Zhongliangzi Water Plant, as a part of the dual water source water supply system in Cangxi County, Guangyuan City, Sichuan Province, is of great importance in improving the quality and stability of local water supply. When talking about the application of automated instruments in water treatment processes, Lan Gong shared that ultrasonic level meters can be installed in large containers such as clear water tanks, sedimentation tanks, and regulating tanks for non-contact measurement of liquid level heights; turbidity meters are usually installed in the pretreatment stage to measure the content of suspended particles in the water; pH meters are indispensable in the entire water treatment process, especially in steps such as coagulation, disinfection, and softening; and residual chlorine analyzers are mainly installed in the post-disinfection stage to monitor the residual chlorine content in the water.

Pressure monitoring is essential to ensure the normal operation of equipment, prevent pipe bursts or leaks, and optimize energy management of pump stations. In high-pressure filtration processes such as reverse osmosis, it is a key parameter that is directly related to the service life and treatment efficiency of the membrane. Therefore, pressure sensors are widely used in pump stations, filtration systems, pipelines, etc. to monitor pressure changes in various links of water treatment.
